We cover all your business events including (but not limited to) Conferences, Seminars, Trade shows, Product launches, Award ceremonies, Gala dinners, Corporate parties, Team-building events, Corporate outings.

Cost depends on number of photographers needed, duration of the event. Typically would be around $200-$250 an hour.

These are images that showcase individuals or teams actively engaged in work-related activities or interacting with customers. Ideally needed for websites, blogs, social media posts.

1 person, 1 hour of coverage, 20-25 edited images - $400

2 people, 1 hour of coverage, 15-18 edited images each - $330

Group of 3-5 people, 1-2 hours of coverage, 12-15 edited images each - $300

Social Media Reels

Vertical format content creation. We’ll create several short clips of individuals or teams engaged in work-related activities or interacting with customers. You can utilize these clips to create impactful social media posts for platforms like Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, etc. If you want us to do the complete creation of final product then we can also compile various clips, overlay music and showcase your brand's unique identity.

2 people, 1 hour of coverage, 8-10 short clips each - $330

Group of 3-5 people, 1-2 hours of coverage, 5-8 short clips each - $300

Business headshots

These are business portraits typically used for company websites, business cards, press releases, LinkedIn profiles, marketing material, banners, etc. All professionals need one to enhance their online and offline presence.

1 person, 15 -30 min session, multiple outfits allowed, 3 professionally edited photos - $200

2-4 people, 15 min session each, multiple outfits allowed, 3 professionally edited photos each - $165/each

Photo days

For larger teams, our on-location service brings professional headshots to your doorstep. We set up a station with backdrop and studio lighting, for a flexible window of 4-6 hours. Team members can drop by at their convenience during this time for a hassle-free headshot session.

PRICING

No commitment model: Your organization should have at least 20 individuals with a potential of at least 10 people getting their headshots on that day. Bulk pricing discount will be applied.

Commitment model: We can offer you a better discount if you commit ahead of time for the number of people that will get their headshots taken on that day.
